The Tiny Transforming Apartment: 8 Rooms in 420 sq. Feet

It’s safe to say that I’m in love with this video. This guy Graham Hill, entrepreneur and treehugger.com founder, is showing off his apartment in Soho, New York and it’s literally making me drool. Too much information? I don’t care–I need to live in his apartment. I have half a mind to fly to New York right now.

In all seriousness, this has to be one of the best examples of good, functional design in an apartment. The use of white on the walls, furniture, and in the kitchen really gives you the illusion of a larger space. The creation of multi-functional furniture (in the video, ResourceFurniture) has to be one of the best contributions to modern furniture. And can we talk about how two architecture students came up with this design? Brilliant.
